we head to the southern zone, if yore in southern maryland through stafford and king george counties, 5 to 7 inches of snow falling there. if we see snow during the day of sunday it is going to be south of washington. that's why your totals are a .little bit high check out the gradient from north to south. two to fiven inches frederick to four to seven in leesburg. and we continue to track four seven in warrenton, culpepper. further back to e west earn zone in the mountains, here's how much we're forecastingno 5 to 8 in front royal. as well as petersburg, martinsburg, winchester seeing 4 to 7. hagerstown on the lower end wh the system, about 2 to 5 inches. the snowoving inomorrow mainly between noon and 4:00 p.m. the heaviest snow is going tbe falling for your saturday evening into the overnight hours

now. for weeks the shutdown hast cr a mess on the national mall. >> we've been wathhing the trash e piling up, bathrooms overflowing as maintenances workmain furloughed but now a new solution. >> darcy, things are finally starting to look a little cleaner, right? >> reporter: that's exactly right. i can tell you from personal observation it is very clean on the national mall. e national park service began picking up trash once again today, there are still people out volunteering and i can tell you they had a hard time finding any trash to pick up. and look at the trash cans here they're virtually empty. for the first time since the shutdown, the national park service is picking up trash around our nationalre treasu money from parking, entrance and other fees is being used to fund
