what a fritening scene i southern minnesota. a child strapped into a car seat went flying out of a moving car. a driver's dash cam captured the whole thing. the little 2-year-old girl landed upright in the car seat yesterday afternoon. police say the child was neproperly pas in the safety seat but the seat wasn't fastened to the vehicle. it's unclear why theor vehicle ame open. the child's mother returned to the scene once she rea her daughter wasn't in the car. the little girl was not hurt. >> wow. it's the incident tha sparked outrage last month, a referee in new jersey forcing a high school wrestler to cut his dreadlocks or forfeit this
