as you said, now in its 28th day. >> and then you can add tohat list metro. the agency already struggling with a budget deficit says that it is losing $400,000 every weekday. metro eimates federal workers make up 40% of its rush hour ridership, which is now down 16%. but ridership is down -- excuse me, bus ridership is down 8%. and in a letter to congressional leaders yesterday, general manager paul wiedefeld said metro won't jeopardize safety to save money, but instead metro could consider staffing or service adjustments such as scaled back use of eight car trains and extra trains to meet rush houma s. so that means that everybody using metro may have to waitr always lon or ride trains that are a bit more crowded. in 2013, metro lost about a5 -- $5.7 million during the 16 day and we're working for you
