miles per hour all day long.lm gustst to 50 miles per hour yesterday. so, windchills near zero for most of the day, if you're going outo the dr. king parade today. bundle up, jog in place, if necessary, when you're on the parade route, as temperatures are in the low and mid-teens now, about up to 20 or so today. windchill is minus 7 in gaitrsburg. minus 10 in winchester. not a lot of improvement for today. aere is improvement down the road. right. there's hope on the horizon. that's good. interloop before annapolis road this is getting better. we have additional lanes open on the left side. andhe response the further to the right. not showing impact on the beltway. you can see that we t have small closure on the right side. rest of the beltway looks good. inne o loop ander loop of the beltway. southeast, closed at savannah street for the structure fire.

ee treville, northbound highway. we had police activity there that just cleared out of the way. >> thank you so much. despitete the b temperatures last night, we spotted plenty of people out and about.pl lots of p at the warf. not everyone has been listening to storm team 4. a lot of people were walking around without jackets. look at that lady there. that's really dangerous. the wind coupled with already low temperatures have the feels-like temperatures plummeting below zero. d.c. has that, activated its hypothermia alt. if youee someone that needs shelter, call 311 or 911 if there's an immediate risk. there's several shelters open around the district for people who need to get inside and warm up. we have the locations for you in the nbc washington app.
