face cold. we haven't seent this col so far this season. windchills are running 15 to 35 degrees below zero this morning, windchill advisorie and windchill warnings in effect. let's show you some of the numbers washington, d.c. is 15, it feels like 4 below.in buon, vermont, feels like 26 below. that extends to the great lakes as well. we're approaching record lows. we're not really setting records this morning. we're forecasting a low of about four degrees this morning. kalamazoo iso 13 below, s not quite records but still very close to it. we are going to continue with the cold throudaout the day high temperatures will be running about 15 to 25 degrees below average as ts low of colder air settles in from the north. we are looking for a high of 18 in new york, nine in boston, five below in lakeplacid, detroit 13 degrees. this cold extends down south with temperatures running 10 to 20 below average. atlanta 41 today which is ten

what is this? >> that's ground linseed, almond and sunflower meal, y but can do flaxseed meal as well. we're going to to toss this with a little bit of maple syrup. we're going to do cinnamon. i did lon juic maple syrup and a bit of cinnamon. you know with the diet culture we're so focused on the foods we have to remove and give up, but want people to focus on the foods they can add to their plate. the crumble i made from oats so really healthy. not just oats, i'm going to do coconut flakes. aisle goi i'm going to do almoeds, chia se >> this is ground linseed, almond and sunflower meal. you can just do ground flaxseed to keep it simple. >> why do you like that? >> it's high in fiber and essential fatty acids. it keeps you really full. this crumble can be eaten for breakfast it's that healthy. >> i thought it was >> i'm going to do maple syrup
