folks when it comes from mswapping, keeps them f doing it, the taste. if you swap o something it doesn't taste as good. >> the more healthy food you eat, theore you'll crave healthier food, you've got to give it some time, about a month of eating healthier food, your taste buds to change and adapt. >> taste buds change over time? >> correct, and ie actually h a trick for that because i'm a nutritionist. i tell people to do two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar into a large waterle bond sip throughout the day. this reduces sugar cravings but also makes you crave healthier foods. it gets your taste buds adapting. >> vinegar water? >> yeah,er apple c vinegar. what are we going to start with here. >> we're doing a healthy apple or berry crumble. i know americans love their pie. >> we do. >> tse are froze berries. help me put these in there. >> i can do that. frozen or fresh, doesn't matter? >> doesn't matter. you can do peach, you can do whatever fru you like. >> i want to go back to something, i recognize everything else here.

what is this? >> that's ground linseed, almond and sunflower meal, y but can do flaxseed meal as well. we're going to to toss this with a little bit of maple syrup. we're going to do cinnamon. i did lon juic maple syrup and a bit of cinnamon. you know with the diet culture we're so focused on the foods we have to remove and give up, but want people to focus on the foods they can add to their plate. the crumble i made from oats so really healthy. not just oats, i'm going to do coconut flakes. aisle goi i'm going to do almoeds, chia se >> this is ground linseed, almond and sunflower meal. you can just do ground flaxseed to keep it simple. >> why do you like that? >> it's high in fiber and essential fatty acids. it keeps you really full. this crumble can be eaten for breakfast it's that healthy. >> i thought it was >> i'm going to do maple syrup

and coconut oil and some cinnamon. this you'll see is going to turn into a crumble. >> and you just pour that -- >> i'm obsessed, i created j's healthy because i love making healthy version ofs people's favorite foods. you'll see thisurns into a crumble like mixture that i'm going to top the berries with. basically then you bake it in the oven on 350 degrees fahrenheit for 30 minutes. it turns into a crble. >> that' easy. >> you'll just top the berries with the crumble. i'll do that now. >> it tastes naughty, are you sure this is good for us? >> it's so good. >> that's really good. >> that is what i've bece good at, creating healthy versions of people's favorite treats. i like to top the crumble with greek yogurt instead of ice cream. it's always good to have some cold ice cream. >> that is coconut yogurt. >> really quickly, trail mix, a lot of people like trail mix. >> most of the h snacks areh in refined sugar.
