our pat collins has been talking to investigates and people at that school. he joins us now live from the scene with details. pat? >> reporter: jim, not on the schoolen cr here today, a stabbing, a lockdown, and an arrest. this 18-year-old student was in class when it happened. >> they just put us on lockdown for like two hours. no idea what's going on. people were scared. they were like, i don't know what to do, i don't know what's happening. >> reporter: this man heard about it and came to pick up his brother. >> i'm going to pick my brother up i think it affects him. he was able to text me about it. i don't think he canontinue to focus today. >> reporter: a stabbing athe el haynes charter school. police on the scene in a flash. hpened in a bathroom inside the school. the victim a 15-year-old teenage boy. the suspect a 17-year-old

th rsthese two jun in high school beat a 69-year-old dog walker with a pip on euclid street. part of the attack was caught on surveillance video. when the suspects couldn't operatehe car they grabbed her purse and took off. according to court d day before this attack, the teens grabbed a woman near sherman avenue dragging her to a ck alley before throwing her down a stairwell, pulng out a knife and saying, quote, givee your stuff or i'll kill you. police say ahartridg andrews escaped with the woman's backpack. the first attack was last month. police say the suspects chased a woman down irving street before hitting her with a brick and stealing her purse and iphone. police say the mother of one of the suspects recognized him on the news and convinced him to

one driver and critically injured two more peop. e cars crashed on route 27 near kemptown road and damascus. chris gordon is live where it happened tonight. chris? >> reporter: well, jim and do en, the crash occurred right here on route 27, the road from damascus to mount airy. the police have not yet relsed the names of the victims, because they have been unable to notify all of their families. family and friends are praying for the victims of this fatal cr h. the 32-year-old driver of the white car that ended upsideways died on the scene, his 24-year-old female passenger was rushed by hospital to shock trma, she's in critical condition but expected to survive. theriver of the other car, a 46-year-old man from hagerstown was hit hd onn the southbound lane of route 27, he has nonlife threatening
