accused of raping a woman in a vegetative state. she went into labor in a health care facility in phoenix. ties the newborn to nathan sutherland. a male nurse who cared for the woman. he faces sexual assault's charg. een ordered to have zero contact with the mother anwoman child. the law is known as noah's law and named after montgomery county police officer who was killed by a drunk driver in 2015. the law requires drivers to put ignition interlocks on their vehicles after a first offense of driving under the influence. it's required to make drivers blow into them before the -- those granted probation before a judgment have been able to installing the devices. lawmakers hope to change that. kevin durant made his way
