investigators say both teens were drinking and that the suspect admitted shooting his buddy. d.c. police hope rveillance video willelp them track down two men who car jacked a taxi driver in the dupont circle area. in the videoe see theen walking down the street, eventually walking up to a cab, out 2:00 in the morning. this is near 17th and n street just a block from scott circle. the driver told police the mene pullut guns, one of them pointing the weapon at his head. he got out and handed over his wallet and the two men with the taxi. heavy flames engulfed a rooftop of a restaurant in the popular h street coordinator. red rocks near 13 and h hortheast. some that fire did not actually extend into t structure below. nobody was hurt and tonight investigators are still looking into what may have started this fire. >> florida's new secretary of state abruptly resigne today after some shocking photos of him surfaced showing him in
