meeting. that was an urgent gathering. it's not clear what was discussed. there's talk of a resignation. we saw on saturday, the governor was not going that direction. he seemed to say he wanted to continue to have talks with other docratic leaders to smooth things over and move forward. it's not clear if that's going to be a possibility, though. >> we are hearing the ball cali ation. they are loud and repeated from democrats and republicans. what do we expect from lawmakers today? >> this has trans ioned to anger. i was talking to louise lucas out pft smith, virginia. she is eymad. re no longer supporting governor northam. the biggest concern comes down to effectiveness or lack ereof. we're in the midst of the general assembly session. we have another month left. they're worried i he remains in the governor seat, they will go forward by presenting more bills

aimee cho is in bowie, where it will be such a loss for that community. >> absolutely. this isin devast five kids died in a crash. to school e coming here this morning. instead, their families and friends are left to mourn their loss. london dixon, 8 years old. paris dixon, 5 years old. they were sisterfrom bowie, maryland. those two little girls were two ofshe five k in an suv headed north on route 301. this was around 30 on saturday morning. police say the driver of the car, dominique taylor, was the mother of the two girls.po according toce, taylor lost control of the car, veered off of the road and hit several trees. police say the five children were not properly restrained and were thrown from the car when it crashed.

candidate and the formerayor of san salvador. a local woman is tnking a montgomery county police officer for saving her life. the officer killed two pit bul who attacked two women. the attack happened inmo gomery village. when police arrived, the dogs were on top of one of the victims. one officer shot and killed bot. dogs the women were badly injured. it's not clear who the dogs belonged to. montgomery county police are trying to figure out if the same person is behind two robberies in two weeks at the same bank. they happened at the suntrust bank in rockville. the latest robbery happened yesterday. the bank teller says he believes it's the same robber. the patriots win their sixth championship, beat the los angeles rams in the super bowl atlanta last night. many people were disappointed in the game and the halftime show. coming up, we'll break down what happened and look at the popular
