mark segraves takes us inside this landmark which may have you on p a differeh during your commute. >> reporter: this old stone cottagng has only cha hands a few times. ber the past 70 years, it' owned by david fegan's family. >> my parents bought it for $1,500 in '50s, but it didn't have plumbing then. no indoor plumbing. literally, theloors downstairs were dirt floors. >> reporter: of course, the house has been upgraded with modern plumbing, but there ami lots of ers that this house is more than 250 years old. like this old wood beam along the stairway. while the cottage is designated as historic today, in the 1960s, it wasn't. the county wanted to tear it down to s widenen locks road. >> my brother had to testify in front of the county council, save our house from the government.

different things. this forecast is subject to change as we go into early next week. in fact, i'm sure we're going to have to fine tune it when see me tomorrow morning once again. i'll show you what we're thinking so far with this storm. freezing rain monday and tuesday morning. could be sleet mixed in. mainly, freezing rain. now, there could also be snow thaccumulation. could be to the north, especially less than 3 inches. we're not talking about a b snow, but we are talking about some snow accumulation on the ground. ne're just not cold enough for any more snow t inches. areas that could see accumulation would be areas north of d.c., closer to the mason-dixon line. 1:30 in the morning, we have plenty of clouds out there. as we head t your sunday night, after sunset, we start to see a little bit of a wintry mix, rain to the south, freezing rain and possibly snow just in the pink, and then some snow to the north. as we head into monday morning, that warm air tries to win out,
