tuesday. we'll show you all of that and exactly whe we warm . we have another warmup coming. that's coming our way in a few minutes. uryn, thank you. developing this morning, a second woman has come forwa accusing virginia's lieutenant governor, justin fairfax, of sexualassault. several people are calling for him to step down, including one arlington delegate. news 4's derrick ward is live in arlington with the sto. good morning, derrick. >> reporter: good morning. well, virginia politics has been nothing if no intriguing over the past few days or few weeks. of course, this all started with allegations and then admissions on the part of the governor and the state attorney general. as you can imagine, this would cause havoc on the succession question. justin fairfax is in the middle of this with his own allegations leveled against him about sexual

misconduct. this comes from a woman whom he attended duke unirsity with ck in 2000. now, of course, this has meant some virginia politicians are starting to speak out. the latest among them is delegate patrick hope. now, he believes the allations against fairfax are the most egregious. he put out a tweetre cently where he's essentially throwing down the gauntlet. he's calling for s fairfax top down by monday, or he says he will introduce articles of impeachment. now, yhe made the announcement here at the lar inarlington lib last night. shomari stone spoke to him. >> the governor and attorney general, while they'reinsensiti don't rise to the same level. >> which you called on them to resign? >> i've support the caucus' position to call on the governor to resign. >> what about mark herring? >> we have not issued a statement on mark herring.

for march. a fender bender turns into a nightmare situation for t people in the district. very scary, too. two armed men forced one of the victims into the trunk of his car, and then they drove off.ne it hap wednesday morning. a man was parking his car along shepherd road in northwest. that's when they say two men approached them, claimingheir caras hit. it turns out, that was a lie and an attem to catch the two victims off guard. >> next thing i'm hearing is, get in the dtrunk. n't see that part happening, but i heard it all happen. then i'm like, oh, hell no. i hopped out of the car, and i was screaming, on the phone with 911. >> wow. while she was calling police, the two menwi sped of her friend still in the trunk. a short time later, police tracked down the car with her friend still inside. both of those armed men are still on the happening today, a big closure for those of you who use the beltway. crews closed three lanes of highway in princ george's

yourself and your child by mail to all three credit bureaus. that includes copies of birth certificates, full social security numbers, any court orders that may exist due to custody cases, and your marriagf certicate. as a m, what bothered you about that? >> i don't know much about the postal service, but i assume it is changing hands all the time. the letters you're putting in e mailbox, you're trusting that somebody trustworthy picks it up, then it goes th and lots of different hands. >> reporter: news 4 contacted all three credit bureaus. they tell us they understand why merents would be uncomfortable sending these dos by mail. transunion says, the process is done via mail, givenhe rigor necessary to verify the identities of both the parent and the child. experian tells us, it is confident in the u.s. postal service and uses a secure p.o. box which, it says, isn't at risk for mail theft.
