many say people want th process rushed. what are the arguments against? >> divides the city andalso d.c. council which passed this ball. the argument for speeding up and using a sole-source contract, you won't competitive bid and get the best possible price, when you sole soyce something move quickly and they think by having a contractor locked and load they can have it up and running by spring depending on final versus going through process titive bidding which is bureaucratic by nature and that's the vir cue of us. that could take longer and the district of columbia and at least a majority of its council leave there in a hire and want to get this up and running before virgin and maryland does before people turn here to do sports betting. t's going to be lucrative and
