a lot of taillights in front of us here. we saw snow and rain earlier up in hagelotown. ing like more rain here as we get closer to frederick. i can tell you that 70 southbound has been pretty clear m our way down. haven't seen tooy problems, though. we can tell you that the overpasses and the ramps here can be a bit more frozen and tend to freeze first, the longer roadway stretches here. keep that in mig. go over an overpass and seeing slush build up on the sides of the road there, too.ee we've state highway administration trucks going around, doing their paroles, keepi ining eye on the roads. 1,700 pieces of equipmentor the state to take care of the roads. and schools with o-hour delays in this area as a result of these conditions. you want to be careful and stay slow as you drive, a you make your way out your door this

impeachment if you do not resign? >> the articles of impeachment states the sex assault allegations against fairfax are credible in nature and calls for a house committee to hold hearings on the matter. two women have accused fairfax of sexual assault. he insists the encounters with both women were consensual. a spokesperson says the er oreutenant govr is exploring options for a thgh investigation into the allegations and says that the fbi should investillte, not his lawmakers in richmond. rn> and we're finally hearing from virginia go, ralph northam. he sat down for his first televised interview since a racist photo was discovered in on cbs' "face the nation," northam called the days since fficult.dal broke despite calls from his own party to resign, the governor says he is not going anywhere. >> virginia needs someone that can heal. there's no better person to do
