interesting to me because this is one of the first times the president has decided to have a campaign rally in a place that isn't really r or trump country. this is el paso. while texas is a red state. el paso ended uin v 69% for hillary clinton in 2016. so most of the community isn't a big -- this is not big trump country at all. the other thing that's going on, th president has talked about how a border wall ended up reducing violent crime in el paso but the statistics the barrier was dconstructed. then after ward crime went and historically el paso has a low crime rate for a city its size. >> you watch the numbers better than anyone in the building. what is the public seeing about the debate, and what's happening in el paso? are they seeing the president's side or the other side? >> it's both.
