governor, talks to impeach him seem to be slowing down. but there's now news about some of his staff?>> eporter: yeah. let me start with the plan to start possible impeachment proceedings. that tonight has been tabled. and that just brought a sharply worded response from an attorney for one of the accusers. she said they were disappointed byhisvelopment. they wanted to see a full public airing of thexual assault allegations against the lieutenant governor. nd justin fairfax facing other challenges as you mentioned. two thirds of his sixerson staff has resigned. but sigll the topic of conversation here today is that whole notion of an investigation. the lieutenant governor says wants one, many lawmakers say they want one, the trouble is nobody knows w could do it. lieutenant governor justin fairfax back to work just two days after a second woman accused him of sex assault, both incidents reportedly taking

for the second time this year in prince george's county the victims of a deadly car crash were not wearing seat belts. two of the women killed in this weekens crash leave young children behind. >> tracee wilkinss expla why officers want this sad situation to be a warning to everyone o ts in a car. >> reporter: family and friends are examining this crash scene after a deadly single car crash killed three friends, injuring a fourth. 25-year-old brenda mer low, mother of a young son was killed. so was 23-year-old gratia sanchez crui sanchez cruz, she leaves three

here. through 8:00 all rain around the d.c. metro area but still dealing with some areas of ice, this would most likely be freezing rain, it's the worst thing we couldget. sleet, that bounces, that one you can get traction on. but freezing rain is a sheet of ice in parts of thar , so watch out for that. by noon everybody is just plain and then we're in for a lot of rain. road conditions, d.c. southward, i'm not expecting delays here because i think it's going to be okay down to the south. however, notice loudon county and montgomery county, you have some ice but even the northern parts of the county, slick areas here. around bethesda, i'm not predicting any issues but up around clarksburg that's why we could have issue. hagerstown, winchester, that's where we already have issues and all right announcing delays.
