we mentioned. back to the west watching the system move through the region. once it does we'll see heavier rainnd wind tomorrow. look at the temperatures everybody above freezing, winchester the exce sitting at 32. martinsburg close at 33. it's going to take time to melt that ice. because of that, we have a winter sto warning. this has been extended through 11:00 tonight. it ds not include montgomery county or howard county anymore. we're noteeg any more freezing rain but the ice out there is going to remain aou could see trees down in these areas. especially towards the west e the national weather service put out a statement saying travel could be impossible because of th ice. quarter inch to a half inch of ice has fallen. llat's incredible. it's been rain in d.c., it will be all rain again tonight through the 9:00, 10:00 hour.

finally beginning to move out. what are we expecting tonight? rain through midnight. slick spots well to the north and west of d.c. dry tomorrow but windy and we could see trees come down tomorrow as a result of the rain we've seen. the saturated ground we've goth out there w 40 mile an hour winds could be an issue. your school day forecast, this should say wednesday, 36 degrees on the chilly side. windy for recess and picking up the kids. at least we get above average. average high is 45. we get to 47. but with the wind it won't feel like that. the old air comes in over the weekend. but first a couple nice days, thursday 54, and 61 on friday. before the pattern changes significantly, back to cold and stormy. we have o storm onaturday that could bring us snow, another system on sunday that could bring usnow a ice.

always looking for w ns to rip us off. now one is behind bars he called the wrong d.c. home. >> the man who picked up the phone in this case happened to be the only case to lead both the fbi and cia. >> what are the odds. nbc news justice correspondent pete williams spoke with former direisor williams and wife this morning. how did it play out? >> reporter: it started out with a phone call to william webster by a man they did not know was calling from jamaica telling them they won millions of dollars in a lottery prize if they would just wire $50,000 to cover the taxes. well, judgeebster as he's known because he was also a federal judge said he didn't fall for it. >> this was pretty obvious to me that there was something fishy about it in the way that it was going. and i wanted to get as much information out as i could. linda was way ahead of me when
