region. we're told she'd been clearing fallen branches in leesburg when a tree limb collapsed on top ofe her. 4's pat collins talked with the victim's neighbors. he's just down the street at lucketts corner. pat? >> reporter: lucketts corner, stumptown road. it's colder her get rain, lucketts corner, it gets ice. that's what happened yesterday, an ice storm. an ice storm with deadly consequences. a woman cleaning up fallen branches from an ice storm. fallen branches in her own yard. becomes a victim of that storm when she's struck and killed by a falling tree limb. >> cleaning up and all, it's a shame. you just don't know -- i guess

soon be released from ison. >> there is concern now where the man is headed next. >> the chair of ase u.s. h subcommittee says she has grave concerns about what we found. on this broadcast last night we told you of scott tiry who's finishing a 16-year prison sentence. scott tiry pleaded guilty to kidnapping a 13-year-old girl he'd lured online from her home pittsburgh. he held her captive at his home and sexually apuds her for ds until she was captured. the news 4 i-team learned the u.s. bureau of prisons transferred tiry from a prison in north carolina to a halfway house to prepare him for ultimate full release from custody. it's not in fairfax county or 4rth carolina, but in pittsburgh,iles from his victim's family's home. the u.s. bureau of prisons declined to comment as to why, but the agency acknowledged t inmated to eventually live in communities near their halfway hous. >> there's no reason that he should be our problem, and as

we havete an upor you on the kidnapping and the sexual assault of a lifeguard that occurred at a condo pool in aldruabout 2 1/2 years ago. jessie was charged this week with several felonies including rape. the victim told police a man raped her at gunpoint o south picket street on labor day weekend in 2016. and the pair did not know each other. we're working to uncover new details tonight into a bus crash here in prince george's county this morning. the driver had to be carefully pulled from thi mangled bus. this is branch avenue enclinton. that driver was the only person onboard at the time. the bus crashed through the median and into that crassy aa there. several other cars were involved but no one else was injured. still no word on cause. funeral services held today for john jenkins. his family, his friends
