arson in connection to the january 23rd incident inside the restaurant in upper northwest. in court today, ryan rimas told the judge he didn't havemonough y for his attorney. the judge appointed a public defender who asked that ryan rimas be released to his pants. the jud denied that request. federal investigators have said the suspect went into the restaurant about 9:30 in theg even and set the curtains on fire. nobody was hurt. about two weeks later, according to court documents, on february 4th and 5th, he climbed the fence around the washingndn monumentas arrested. during the first incident, he fought with two park police officers who had a to use baton, then pepper spray and finally a taser to subdue him. according to prosecutors once remiswas in custody, he was recognized as the comet pizza suspect because of his jacket with the white sleeves. you'll recall in 2016 comet
