after thi n point they ha been charged. chicago police say interrogations are ongoing. we're told the two suspects are joined by their attorney. police were able to locate them from one grainy image from a camera in that area where jussie smollett said he was assaulted near his home and his attackers hurled racist and homophobic slurs at him. in an interview with gma, he said he was confident the men in the picture were his attackers. today chicago police said, ote, while we haven't found any video documenting the alleged attack, there is also no evidence to say that this is a hoax. the alleged victim is being cooperative at this time and continues to be treated as a victim,ot a suspect. end quote. smollett says he was in shock and a lot of pain and eventually drove himself to the hospital after thatlleged incident. wendy back to you in the studio. >> thank you, erika.
