it before noon. four to seven inches to the north and west and down from baltimore andsh gton, fredericksburg two to four inches. now, listen, snow accumulation before we get the ice accumulation on top of that. i do believe we will have some travel trouble and ice accumulation and possibly some power outas north and west of d.c. where we have a coding ofin an . and then low chance south and east because i do believe that will be all rain. here comes the snow, you'll be dealing with it through lunchtime and then the sleet moving in and evenally some spotty, freezing rain and rain from the south and east. that will change everying over 7:00, 8:00. and spotty rain showersmp as atures start to someday steady and go up by sunrise on thursday. temperatures 30s today and we're talking about mid-50s.
