different earlier in the day. right now its been j very annoying light drizzle. and it's slick out on the roads, but we're hanging out just a couple of degrees above freezing so hopefully it won't get too slick into the night. but it's been slick all along. in fact, there are so many wrecks the louden county sheriff's department decided it actually couldn'tespond to every single one of tm. ok at the snow churching off of the beltway as our crew crosses from a light sleet in arlington and fairfax into this thick and fluffy snow in louden we saw a number of drivers fall victim >> most of the crashes are of meern nature, minor damage, vehicles sliding off the roadways into trees, stuff like that. >> reporter: so many inact lieutenant hill tells me the department is not responding to fendnlders right now.
