ouro with more on how he got his start. good morning to you. thank you for being wh us. so you've got this new book "hand crafted." it is the story of how you came to be here today in 2019.'v and y got sort of this zig zaggy kind of road like we all do in life. but people think this must be what you've been doing all of your life and it' not. >> that's right. that's why i wrote the book. we have a tdency to look at people on tv like yourself or whoever and we go, oh she has it all together, she probably had this perfect pedigree that just led her right to where she y. to the reality is you didn't, i didn't. most of us don't. we have to do things that are probably not a part of the career path that we had for ourselves. and we try them and realize it's not what we wanted and you try mething else. you go you know what, there's this dream i always wanted to go for. and we have aross roads.
