jackie bensen reporting. some breaking we just got some new information about a man found dead inside bag near a bethesda bus stop on roa old georgetown police releasing these new pictures of items the man was including a necklace and a rosary and a grim reaper t-shirt. police tell us the vicm inis 20s or 30s is hispanic and had several tattoos. they're hoping that this can be helpful in identifying him. if you know anything, you're urged to call police. congress is set for a spectacle tomorrow. the president's former lawyer and so-called fixer is preparing tonight to testify in public. michael cohen says he's ready t talk to the american people and to clear his name. nbc's blayne alexander has a lo at what we can expect. >> reporter: day one done. michael cohen leaving his closed-door testimony before the senate intelligence committee. >> i reall appreciate the opportunity that was given to me to clear t record and to tell the truth.

a social media sexting scheme at a local high school exposed. a student at robinson high school told fairfax county police about a snapchat group which another student posted naked pictures of underage girls. a message in the group asks for ctures of female students from other fairfax high schools. detectives identified one underage victim but believe there are more. >>yld i w be all over that in a second and i would be trying to hunt down thee kids that oing it and talking to the parents. >> detectives have the name of the student who posted the pictures and three more students with access to the account. officers searched several cell phones and questioned multiple suspe suspects. so far no one has.ar chd. tomorrow the future of the peace cross in county will officially be in the hands of the u.s. supreme court. the 40-foot monument has been there for almost 100 years. soldiers who lost their lives in world war i, but

march? yeah, here comes t cold. this changes the storm track, too, bringing storms our way a maybe even bringing storms up the coast. something that has reallyen not ha much at all this year. we still have more snow than philly, than new york, than boston, really amazing how much snow we've had in comparison to them. we're only an inch or two above average for theso whole s so far. they just haven't seen much. i do expect that pattern toan . it's going to change for us pretty drastically coming up f,rly next week. first 49 on your wednesday, 50 on your thursday. how about friday? what about friday morning? that's the next real chance for any snow. here's one computer model. 1:00 a.m., no problem, but here comes the snow. coming on in overnight. here is 5:00 a.m., snowing area wide just about right on through the early morning rush. fthen it's out here by around 8:00 in the morning. this is a quick-hitting event. i'm not expecting much from it, but we could see a little bit in the way of delays out there early friday morning. that's something we'ac be
