the world is watching as president trump prepares for a nuclear summit with north korean ader kim jong-un. both leaders are in hanoi, vietnam right now. in about two hours they will meet for a one-on-one meetg. it is something that hasn't happened in eight months. news 4 susan mcginnis joins us live now. do we suspect anything substantial to come out of ttes summit? >> good morning. both sides do want to come away with a win, t but what's most pressing issue here they will not achieve is the denuclearization of north korea. the president going into the summit very optimistic but saying we'll s what happens. he is expected to try again after coming away from the last summ declaring north korea no longer a nuclear threat. he plans to press kim that north korea could have the kind of prosperity that vietnam now enjoys, but it does not look and nobody in the intelligence community here believes that kim would ever rollf ack anye nuclear capabilities that they

have. the two sides main too far apart on that one. at the most, kim may agree to not increase h nuclear weapons program any more than he already has, but the north koreans have some very clear demands from what they want with the united states. they want troops out of the fe niul peni and sanctions reduced and then they want -- they are willing to shutter or two facilities that experts here say they don't need. any way, most of the news from the summit is going to be coming out tomorrow. the two lea frs meeting most of the day. we expect some kind of a signing or some kind of a statement aaron and eun coming out of that. >>sun, thank you. 4:45 right now. we're getting a look at dramatic videin of a shoot captured on surveillance camera d.c. bar. the chaos unfolded last month after an afterhoursn party h street. in the video, you can see the suspect make his way through the crowd, firing at least five shotst the victim after an
