ht. and they've also charged him with shooting a schoolteacher. police arrested tiry irvinger yestday. they say she shot and killed a ma back on january 15th. police have also charged him with shooting a fourth grade man, a math teacher last week. that teacher was hit by a stray bullet, wounded in the fac and hand. both shootings unfolded on north capil street ennorthwest. moc county police are released pictures of a murder victim's clothing and tat tos, this in home someone out there might recognize him and identify him. his body was found wrapped up in a bag near a bus stop around 5:30 monday night. because that area is so busy police are hoping to hear from witnesses who may have hsurd some unual activity around there. if you'd like to get a better look at these photos we put them on the nbc washingtonp. news 4 is working to secure your ride. >> that's right.

i think a delay is going to be the way to go for the school district. for your workplace it is going to be open on friday. delays see some slight if you're trying to get out early friday morning. if you flight is leaving around 7:00, 9:00 a.m., by that time you're fine. i'm talking about a really earl. flig as we talk about road conditions tomorrow, getting home from work is nem pro the snow has not moved into the area yet so still dry outthere. by friday morning, though, we are tracking slick spots. and especially during the earlyo morning hou friday snow is going to be falling at an impressi rate. even if the road is treated, we do think it will be sticking during the early morning hours. i think by friday evening we'll be okay. maybe some isolated slick spots out there if they have not been treated. and then as we look to the weekend, another system moves in on sunday. it's out of here by monday, it is so cold next week.
