this morning. went missing during a hike. they found him in a wooded area along the potomac river. he had broken his leg. firefighters used an atf to pull him out. now, to northeast d.c., where many of you saw this rescue play out in re-time, thanks to our pictures from chopper 4. a worker was trapped 120 feet in rme air on a radio tower and was experiencing hypot. that the wind whippin high, it felt like the temperatures were in the teens. co-workers said the man went up around 8:30 in the morning. a few hours later, he realized he could not get down on his own. >> colimpacted him enough where he could not return along the same path that he initially traveled and felt he needed assistance. we looked at a variety of plans to see which would work best and which would work sely. this was the successful outcome. >> while weather was an issue,
