is not fu >> where it crashes. >> it actually crashes? >> i get the fling- the most vivid thing about the dream is i can feel the weig, like you can imagine it, that feeling ofa ing. that part seems so real. >> that's important to recognize that that could be one of yourm stress dr the fact that is plane is going up or going down doesn't actually matter. if you're having it on a repetitive nature, what behind it might it mean? you travel qui a bit. that could have to do with your like or dislike. >> the bloody marys on the plane. >> what about nightmares, though? that's obviously a nightmare. have you guys ever hrd you can never die in your dream and if you did, then you'll actually die. >> if you die in your dream, you don't that is a myth. >> i was going to say i've died. >> unless this is a dream. >> which could be a good point. when we look at nightmares, there's usual an emotional component and it's usually

negative. usually like something happens and you wake up from it. it feels very vivid and there's a negative emotion assocted with it. regular stress dreams, they're not fun, but not necessarily negative. >> my wife s vepslently at times and is loud. i wake her up because she feels lin she's distress. >> i would want to look at her. >> why? what would that mean? >> when somebody is moving arou that much in their sleep, we'd want to look at rem behavior disorder, sleepwalking, slee talking. it could be plain old sleep deprivation. if it's moving around a on a violent side, i would want to know what's going on from a safety perspective. >> sometimes i feel like i know i'm in a dream. >> that's a lucid dream. this is a skill anybody can attain. when you're inside your dream, you wide up i your dream and you realize you're dreaming. >> i'm telling myself, i know

this is dream. >> that's called lucid odreams. es a skill set. you can order up whatever you want. >> i could be like, hey, and roger federer walksin. >> if you wake up from a dream, can you go back and resume it? >> yes. if you wake somebody up in the beginning of the night, whatever the theme is, if you wake them later, that theme is still running. >> how can you remember your ieams? >> always warn people, it's not that hard to remember your dreams. you can take a journal andth in mornings right when you wake up, write down every single thing that you can after about five or seven days, you'll start to remember your dreams. be careful. there's a reason why we don't remember every single ing. >>why? >> i don't think we know the reason exactly. but our brains only hold on to those dreams for 30 to 60 minutes or so and then they're kind of gone. you might not wanto remember every dream. >> real quick. what does oprou dream >> i don't know what oprah
