juveni juvenile. he is one of five charged last fall. he is the third of the teens whose case has been moved thul year from court to juvenile court. a psychologist report says the 15-year-old was a victim of a similar attack the previous ye. >> he didn't report it because he didn't want to be labeled a snitch or a punk. >> one other 1year-old still charged as an adult. prosecutors say they wilfight to keep his case in adult court. he was supposed to be helping people in need but t admitttaking thousands in bribes. >> a ceworker took cash and sex in exchange for social services. justin finch has the shocking details. g >> reported morning. that's right. investigators say that dimitrius mcmillan culled off a really deep scam here, fleecing the d.c. department ofuman services, where he worked for 13 years.

he turned around and sought sex and cash tickbacks from the recipien recipients. he did plead guilty in federal court on thursday before adg he had been working with the d.c. department of human services forbout 13 years. but all this really came together in just four months last ar. we'r talking about april to july, when prosecutors uncovereh he had devised his benefits payment scheme, authorizing close to about 800 of these payments of welfare and food stam the recipients were mostly women. he did solicit a t number ofm for sex and cash paybacks totallg close to $380,000. if you have been following this office, you may know this i not the only scheme as of late to befallhe departmentf human services in d.c. so, news 4 asked the leader of that agency if shehought there could be more widespread

heartbreaking. a terrible accident thatth took life of a young boy. but positive change is coming in tragedy. of this tarajraged sley lipicky was helping to operate one of the motorized partitions. he was pinned in that roll awal crushed. governor ralph northam signed a law yesterday. and following the tragedy, news 4 launched an investigation. they found that many school districts in the area did not have formal written policies or training in place, for operating those partitions. news 4 pound 17 of 21 districts in the area d not have the ain organize the policies. that will be changing now. starting july 1st here in virginia, new rules are taking effect here. under theew w, the motorized partitions cannot be used if room.nts are in the

mcmillan here as seeking sexual favors for money and costing the d.c. department of human servicesell over $1 million. again, the prosecutors here idenfying thisormer caseworker as the mastermind here. he didlead guilty in federal court on thursday. he had been the caseworker with d.c.'s human services for about 13 years or so. but the red flags began flying between april and july of las year. that's when feds found that he signed off onul frat benefits payouts, hundreds, in fact. each worth about $1,000 or so. the recipients here were mtly women and from some of them he did solicit sexual favors as well as about $380,000 in kickbacks on top, for that $1.5 million in squandered food stamp and wfare benefits. no surprise, all of this has led to changes inep thetment of human services. >> we have certainly tightened our contrs since those
