this is in the 1800 block of q street southeast which is right near kramer middle school. th man's name has not been released, and no word on a suspect. working morning we're to learn more about a baby found unconscious and not breathing inside a d.c. home. district police arrived at a g street southeast home yesterday af frnoon. officend the child with traumatic injuries. the baby is now in graveco ition. we have not yet been told how the baby was hurt, and no arrests have been made in this case. it's now 6:04, the death toll from last week's new aland attack has risen. over the weekend another person died bringing the total numr of victims to 50. >> many people spent the past respects aying their to those killed. large memorials have been created near the sites of the shoongs while residents are mourning. the country's leaders are taking riaction. the minister says new gun control measures will be announced in a matter of weeks.

creek parkway. they have seen the worst of the worst with the deep, wide craters. they are hard to avoid and miss and when hit them, of course, you might get that flat tire. there's slower traffic and the conditions are much more dangerous as we look at some of the video that we've taken over the past few weeks of the potholes that have created tough conditions. as you might expect commuters really want a fix right away, but the national park service is saying they have a huge funding gap. their 20-year transportation funding has a huge gap of $50 million and the financial needs simply outweigh the available funding. that, of course, not sitting wwell with folks have to drive these stretches hand have no alternatives. of course maryland senator chris van hollen, we're hearing fro him. he's written a scathing letter to the national park service demanding immediate action, faster services and asking the agency to work with the federal
