action. the ban includes assault rifles and high-capacity magazines. 50 people were killed and dozens more were injured. the funerals were those victims are under way. a father and son were laid to rest hours ago. theirs were the first of burials of the victims. now, on news 4 toda police are searching for answers after a baby girl just months old, died from blunt force trauma to the head. the baby was rushed to the spital unconscious on saturday and passed away on tuesday. police say the baby was found by first responders in a home on "g" street in southeast. the police report names no suspect but lists two offenses, murder and first-degree cruelty to children. the medicalmi er is calling her death a homicide.
