couldn't find him. a sixth suspect is now in custody inne cofnctonio a fall high school student. he was arrested esterday, charged with first degree murder. five other suspects are already members custody, all of the ms-13 gang and all entered illegally. 16-year-old jacson chicas was found dead in the woods in stafford county earlier this month. he had been stabbed dozens of times and his body set on fire. authorities say the ring leader has entered the country illegally twice and been depor>>ed once. man accused of killing his own uncle in court today. osman kalokoh is said to have shot his uncle and aunt inside their home in lanham. tracee wilkins explains the judge's decision to keep him behind bars.

>> reporter: a judge has decided to hold osman kalokoh without bond sing he is a danger to the community and a flight risk. he's accuseot of sg and killing his uncle and shooting and injuring his aunt inside their lanham home early sunday morning. prince george's county police say he took off after the shooting and was discovered a couple days ago in a baltimore hospital. he's being held in the prince george's county jail without bond. there was no family inside of the courtroom today to speak on his half, and h said he did not want to be represented by a public defender. that did not stop the judge froo ding him without bond. i'm tracee wilkins, news4. new questions today about whether optional add on safety equipment could have lped prevent the ethiopian airlines crash. early indications say a software

washington parkway. right around the beltway here down towards landover. look at this, this is where the heaviest rain is, right around leesburg, just west of this is bumping up against the mountains that is why we're getting high rainfall rates into northern portions of fauqui county, down towards the warrton area aswell. that is why we have a flood warning in effect throughout the rest of the evening. loudon county, fairfax county, down to the south and west, numerous roads have been closed as a result of all the flooding. this storm really just getting its act together. there's many different facets. we have the heavy rain, thunderstorm activity and look at this, we've got snow above about 3,000 feet,his is winter green and yeah, it has been snowing here all day above 3,000 feet inside the blue ridge. we're looking at a winter storm warning right now. they could see upwards of -- reports out of winter green

i'm erika gonzalez following nreaking news prince george's county. a police press conference under way. police have arrested a man decade ago.ltallyss 35-year-old julian everett has been arrested for sexually assaulting several wen. police say he allegedly sexually assaulted three women, including two young women who were students at howard universityat the time. so police have sort of been able to thread together three different cases. one from00 another 2015 and another 2016. speak y've been able to to a number of survivors. their concern is that he was able to use social media that was affiliated with howard university to scoredaheses with women, to drug them, and then allegedly take them to home in prince george's county and sexually assault them. police we- made sure to stress here that he was not affiliated with howard
