take weeks. >> also sealed indictments out there that will be unsealed at some point. meanwhile there a skirmish between the white house and capitol hill over jared kushner, the president's son-in-law and top adviser and personal messages. shat can you tell us about that? >> reporter: tensi mounting about that. the chairman of the house oversight committee, elijah cummings is demanding more information from ivanka trump, jared kushner and others, cummings says they use private messaging services likep whats for official business. kushner's attorney really pushing back, disputing the allegations. he says mr. kushner did follow the protocol. still democrats are just crying foul t morning after candidate trump, as you remember, frequently attacind hillary n for her use of a private e-mail server, leading those chants ofoc her up.

crashes. an airline now canceling its order for the planes.ni international correspondent keir simmons has the latest. keir, good morniniv >> have been lost, boeing's reputation damaged. now news of the potential financial impact as thisorning one airline is the first to say we don't want the max 8. this morning indonesia's national airline trying to cancel a $5 o billioner of max 8 jets. the 49 boeing aircraft no longer wanted because the airline says our passengers have lost confidence after two fatal crashes i five months. it's not clear if boeing will let the airline out of the contract. this year's sales of the 737 set to total $35 billion, 90% from the new m model. investment bank jpmorgan warning the halt would be so significant, it could actually impact the s.p. for now max 8 jets are grounded

around the world. experts from the ntsdb are helping analyze the black boxes. could the crashes have been avoided if the two airlines havr paid a safety feature extra. the upade includes an indicator that reads two exterior sensors to tell pilots the angle of the plane the disagreement alert. if those sensors provide conflicting information so the pilot can take action.e th basic 737 max computer relies on just one sensor, notb . investigators in indonesia believe one faulty sensor fed bad data to the computer, putting the lion air plane into a nosereve. that disent alert will become stan dord and included in the new stware update. >> this is a failure of a safety system, the three parts are the airline, theircraft manufacturer and the gulator.
