public. >> president trump declaring victory. >> it was a complete and total exoneration. it's a shame that our country had to go through this. >> late sunday afternoon, attorney general william barr released a four page summary of robert mueller's investigation. mueller didn't dw a conclusion of whether the president obstructed justice but barr says the muller report concludes the investigation did not establish that members of the trump campaign conspired or coordinated with the russian government in it's election interference activities. mueldr's investigation las almost two years. he issued more than 2,800 subpoenas. >> this was illegal take down that failed. >> while the white house celebrates democrats are still onal ng several congres investigations. there's also on going state and federal probes that may involve the president and h family members. >> we're going to move forward with our investigations of obstruction of justice, abuses of power, corruption to defend the rule of law which is our

this summary? >> well, of course, i have not seen the report but i will tell ou that a four page summary of a 22 month investigation that was written in the space of two days can't possibly be enough to be transparent and rovide people with the comfort that they understand all. t for that reason alone, aside from any questiot the summary raises, the entire mueller report needs to be revealed as soon as possible. >> you say this raises a lot of questions, thisn summary particular raises a lot of questions. can you kind of highlight ahi couple ofs that go off in your mind? what sticks out. >> there's a couple t ofngs here. first off, with regard to the russian okinterference, . so we know that there are a number of people that were involved in themeetings. that's already been reported but there's no mention of anywherei his report and even if

something doesn't rise to the level of collusion it may be unseemly enough or dirty enough in political terms that the people should know and make whatev calculation they want from that. that's a big piece that needs to continueo be revealed. >> based off of thisy, summ there's no question, this was a good day for the president. collusion.ication on no collusion with the russians as was summarized by bill barr. does the information that we learned today, does this sway voters in 2020ne way or another or are people's minds already made up? >> well, people's minds are already made up in many cases but that could change depending on the contents of the mueller report and when it is released but the president played a very smart game in making it all about collusion. then there's all of this stuff. for example, this report

confirms something that we new and that is tha the russians were all over the 2016 elections and it doesn't appear thate're any closer to being prepared for that again should it occur in 2020. so for me and thebstruction of justice, we still need a lot certainormation to be that the rule of law is actually being followed. we should note, of course, t at thorney general before he was attorney general had written a memo to the trump white house and trump legal team laying out all of his misgivings about that and he'st the one t produced the summary. >> real quickly, what is your biggket ay from today? >> in the small town o washington. >> it's a really big deal. >> but it's also really important and this is a first step and hopefully c we go further in terms of finding out exactly what happened. >> all right.

the district tonight lead to a shooting. the man says he got into an argument with some people in northeast and told them to sto littering from their vehicle. one of the three people jumped out of the car and victim in the arm. the car drove off and has not been found. police are seahing for a car with massachusetts license plates. we're told the victim is pected to be okay echoed throughout this neighborhood last night here on brentwood road. police later found him shotlt le times. medics took him to the hospital where he later died. investigators are not sure where the shooter opened fire. c montgomenty police are looking into why a womanith the fire department hit two pedestrians. this friday last night when the
