a boeing 737 max 8 jet forced to make an emergency landing yesterday after being in the air for 11 minutes. the plane was part of the fleet of max 8s that has been grounde following two deadly crashes. the plane was going from orlan to california to be stored until the grounding of max 8s is lifted. shortly after takeoff, the engine erated. the two pilots landed the plane safely. earlier this month the faa grounded the boeing 737 max jets after two crashes involving the same model o plane killed everyone on board. the faa says the latest issue is t related to the anti-stall software that is suspected as a cause fy the dea crashes. on capitol hill, two battles. one over the border wall, the other over the affordable care act. >> tracie potts is live on capitol hill. what's happening with the lawsuit regarding healthcare and

making its way through the courts. >> what's happening is an interesting decision by the justice department. they told a federal appeals court they favor getting rid of the affordable care act, the entire law. not just the money you have to pay if you don't have insurance, but scrapping the whole thing. as this moves its way through the courts, that is a new position for the trump administration, and it puts democrats in sort of between a rock and a hard place. they only have theajity and one half of congress. they're trying to save the affordable care act with aew plan that would expand coverage to more middle class give insurance companies more money for subsidies, for the poorest and sickest patients, but that's not even likely to get a vote in the senate where republicans are in charge. healthcare, here w go again. >> yesterday the house did not heoverturn president's veto of an earlier bill. it would have blocked the

mess. this video showing a wild police chase that had a bizarre excuse at the end of it. a driver was flowed by cleveland, ohio police for speeding. she managed to blow through a barricade of police vehicles several times. this is on a highway and in some dizzy residential areas. at one point the entire back of her suv was damaged. she kept going. she finally stopped after beinga forced int light pole. as the driver was taken into custody she told police she was in a hurry on her way to work. i'm going to guess she didn't make it. i ted that excuse, seldom is that a good excuse. some busy local parents hav a new option for getting their kids around the area. >> it's calledhop, skip, drive. it promises safe rides to get kids to and from events. think of it as uber but just for the kids. >> is it safe? >> that's the question.
