afternoon around 2r1:00. some of your loved ones may just home.e getting we have seen sleeping in their vehicles tonight. good evening, everybody. >> this has been one of the most chaotic commutes in years. some, in fact, even comparing it to the infamous snowmagedon. this has been going on nine hours. a tanker truck tipped over att the foo of the american legion bridge. >> immediately cars began back up onhe interloop. delays piled up all over town as crews worked to tryo get this truck off the beltway. major arteries within 20 miles of the capital beltway were at a standstill. chopper 4 live over the scene right now. t you can st tanker still loaded with a lot of fuel, still tipped on its side.
