erratic vertical speeds and almost a porpoisinef ct, bobbing up and down as the pilots tried toegn control. nearly 350 died in both crashes. this morning boeing unveiled a fix that it hopes wil ensure that won't happen again and also giving pilots the ability to override this mcas anti-stall system. the faa still has to approve the fix. every pilot who flies the max has to go through a 30-minute training session. we're still talking many weeks before it can fly again. a lot of passeers stranded with wow air announcing bankruptcy, stoppingll operations. what's the word there? >> a european or icelandic r. carr the budget carrier employed about 000 ople, carried about 3.5 million people on a small fleet of, pl just 11 planes. this is a major inconvenience

horn in 2003. >> the point i realid things were goingay sidews was when roy turned mon core around and heen d up with his face in roy's midsection. >> lawrence who was a feet away off stage, he could see the cat becoming confused and irritated. pull hie tried to back but his power knocked him off his feet. >> there was nothi telling me he wasn't coming for me. >> instead he bit roy in e neck and began dragging him off stage. >> at that point royas silent. his eyes were closed he was just still. >> reporter: in later interviews nsisted thatd roy the tiger meant no harm, claiming roy had a stroke before the attack. >> roy tumbled and month core realize $and realized he was

in trouble. >> you believe he realized you were inrouble andust picked you up and took you off stage for help. rfr usda investigators did not find evidence to support that. one witness writing, it appeared his only intention was to kilroy. it was first reported by the hollywood reporter, he says roy made several mistakes he believes were critical. >> i think his actions ing try to possibly save the routine or rectify the situationll act ended up complicating it. >> reporter: lawrence says what he experienced that night left him with severe pthi with he and his family struggled to cope. >> something in himd also d that night. >> reporter: lawrence says he's speaking out now to raisees awar about ptsd and how difficult it is to find apprriate treatment. >> very unfortunately roy bears the physical wounds from the only , but roy is not the

starting with almond flour. you know i love my almond and coconut. we've got coconut flour in here. put that iner baking soda, baking powder and a little pinch of salt. what i love about this recipe is it's a small batch recipe meaning it only makes four to six. ift you w something sweet at the end of the night. >> you keep saying muffin usp. middle aged people, when we hear muffin top, it's more li -- >> no, no. we love muffin top. it's perfect if you don't want to commit to a full loaf, you can usehe smallbatch. now we'll combine our wet and dry ingredients. whisk that together until it's smooth.d >> why am i using my right hand when i'm ano lefty? dy knows. >> love that. we'll add chocolate chips in re. >> i hat the whisk because this
