repair the 36-inch pipe. see spin around here, you the left-bound lane is now open here on route 210. that gives traffic a little bit of breathing room. but for reidents, brushing your teeth and having a quick drink of water when you wake up will look a little different this morning.c wss issued a boil-water advisory for anyone living west of route 21 to the potomac river and from the washington, d.c., line south of the piscatatta wacreek. about 23,000 customers are under this boilater advisory. wssc says you should bring water to a rolling boil for three minutes before consuming. so that,f course, includes washing fruits and vegetables, making baby food, maybe ice, and even giving it to your pets. again, you can see traffic is slowly getting by here this

of transgender equality, ransgender people face extraordinaryvels of violence and assault, especially women. d.c. fire investis are working to figure out what caused an apartment fire in these pictures from the scene at r and 28th streets. omu see where firefighters had to break out windows on the top floor. fire officials say one person was rescued there. the person transported to hospital in serious but stable condition. no other residents were injured or displaced by the fire. in the district, there still no word what may have caused this fire on georgia avenue northwest. we're told the flames sparked in the basement and quickly spread, even maging attached suildings. a firefighter wa treated for minor injuries, but no one else was hurt. .5: new details about the controversy surrounding virginia lieutenant governort j fairfax. for weeks he's faced allegations from two women, both of whom accuse him of sexual assault. now fairfax sayshe has taken a polygraph which he says shows

that those allegations against him are false. fairfax says the wencountersth both professor vanessa tyson and meredith watson were consensual. professor tyson says he forced her to perform a sex act during the 2004 democratic national n covention. she says she avoided him for e rest of the convention and never spoke to him again. during e polygraph, fairfax was asked, quote, after leaving boston, did vanessa contact you and suggest visiting you and meeting her mother? he replied, yes. fairfax's office says the polygraph showed that answer was truthful. this morning, professor n tyson will berviewed by cbs' gayle king. over the weekend, a portion of thenterview was released. >> the virginia people needk to w who it is that they elected. they need to know. >> tyson's legal team issued this statement in response to t polygraph, quote, this is
