they say this didn't have a special camera or bluetooth device, he just walked into the spa and took pictures of naked men and naked boys with his cell phone, his cell phone. and then he sold those pictures. police say this man went into he spa world facility in centreville,virginia, and over a period of years secretly recorded naked pictures of 81 malers custo including three juveniles. >> we're dealing with inappropriate unacceptable and illegal videotapes,ur ong in a space that should be private. >> reporter: the suspect identified as 28-year-ol kwame anderson from newport news, virginia. they say on many occasions he came as a customer to spa world,

them, the possible penalties, imposed some restrictions on their lives and what the can do from this point forward. dide loughlin and huffman answer the judge's questions in court, they did not say anything to reporters either going in or coming out. they're used to thera came any questions and the attention but not quite like this. actors felicity huffman and lori loughlin walking into court not for tv roles but for breaking federal law. they're accused of taking part in a college admissions bribery scheme, 33 parents charged as well as coaches and college administrators. loughlin of hallmark channel and her hband are accused of paying more than a half a million to get their daughters into usc by posin as elite rowers even though they never took part in their port.

and huffman paid someone for fixing answers on her older daughter's s.a.t. neither have had much to say since the charges last month. three people have already plded guilt including the mastermind, singer, who said the took money for payouts to several top universities. to capitol hill, where democrats have authorized subpoenas for the full unredacted special counsel report voting 24-17 today along party lines to give chairman jerry nadler full authority to issue those subpoenas as warranted. house democrats had given attorney general barr until yesterday to release them. barr toldhem a redacted version would be coming by mid-april. democrats say they wantccs to all the information even if some of it c't be made public. we'll hear reactions in the next half hour. stay tuned. virginia's-g lieutenaernor is taking new steps he's hoping will clear
