newest best selling 737 max. lion air flight 610 in indonesia and ethiopian airlines flight 302. all, 346 people dead. in bothrs cases investigaay a damaged sensor that monitors the plane's pitch sent bad data to mcas. mcas then pushed the noses of both planes down to pick up speed. as the pilots struggledo pull aviation experts question why the ethiopian pilots were flying much faster than they should uthave. neverng their speed. that would have made it difficult to fly manually. the crew followed boeing acocedures and cut mcas off but turned it on again before crashing. >> most accidents are caused by a chain o. even this, again, is the case here. and we know we can break one of those chain links in these two accidents. >> reporter: boeing promises to submit a software fix to the faa within weeks. ceo muinburg even joining a

test flight with the upgrade. the faa has promised a thorough review before approving. t thatlone may not get the max in the air. with multiple inokstigations g into how the plane was certified and whether other computer systems on the max now need a closer second look.is morning, this plane that had been a crucial part of the southwest and american airlines fleets is likely to o remain the ground for week ifs not months. possibly into . >> so just keeping up with everything, tom, yesterday the ethiopians suggested that their .ilots did everything right in and now there's this question of whether or not that plane was flying to fast or too fast. what do we know epout this? >>ter: so they did turn off that anti-stall system then turned i ck on again inexplicably. pilots are ccerned about how fast this crew was flying. they were at full throttle, maximum speed. they were scaming.

he's the iconic front man of one of the most legenda bands in history. but when mick jagger and t rolling stones announced they would have to postpone their latest tour, speculation mounted. a rep for the band posting, mick has advised by doctors that he cannot go on tour at this time as he needs medical treatmen ♪bu this morning jagger could be hitt billboard magazine reporting the singer is recovering in new york afte doctors worked to replace a valve in his heart. while representatives for the musical icon have declined to specify eatment, sources say he is recovering and in great health. the procedure known as a transcatheter aortic valve replacement is for older patients diagnosed with aortic valve stesis.
