prosecutors say that he had developed hatred of non-muslims and was bent on pulling off this isis-inspired vehicle attack that he walked off of work to do so on march 26th. theyay that w the day that he stole this u-haul van inex dria from a garage and that the next day, march 27th, he drove to dulles looking for people to attack. but he did not quite see the number of people h was looking for so instead he set his sights on they're at national -- sights here at the national harbor. he found not as many people as he was hoping for and ins oad hi a boat. he was spotted by law enforcement and placed under brest. as we comek out live, we can tell you again he is due in court today. there was a motion filed by prosecutors to custody because they did fear that he would be alightrisk.
