indicted on charges of abusing his son but he never went to trial. those charges were dropped and marlett is back on the couy police force. mccall says he gained full custody but they' mother has some visitation rights. we did reach out to the ther's attorney for comment, but he has not responded. michael afvat knvenatti, th atto represented stormy daniels is facing new charges this ening. a federal indictment accusing him of embezzlement, wire and identity fraud. among the accusations, they say avenatti embezzled money from a paraplegic client to pay for his side business and usedom money other clients to buy a jet. naosecutors also say avenatti hasn't filed per income tacks since 2010. in a tweet today he said he plans to plead not guilty and fight all the charges. a well-known local attorney has just been indicted in a case
