midnight hour. a man is denying those charges tonight as he gets ready to appear in court. here's reaction that you are hearing first on >> tor himself confirmed on news 4 on a solicitation discharge and that he scheduled to appear in court tomorrow afternoon. he says it's embarrassing a calls the charges baseless. he is a married man with four daughters and an on-line court document says he was charged with soliciting a prostitute back in may of last year. he says he believes the charge steps from visit to mass use he found on facebook. tharp claims thereas no sexual encounter but that the woman was later arrested on a prostitution charge.

right now i'm speaking to my friends in southern frederick county, maryland. this storm is producing rotation enough to prompt the national weather service to issue a tornadowarning. i'm stepping off camera right now because i have to go ahead and do a little bit of a s roll-cal you know exactly who you are and where we're seeing it. i am looking at this storm heret i'm lookiards the southern end of the storm. dicated.his is radar meaning that we may not actually be seeing a tornado on the ground, but there'sio rot in this storm, enough to prompt the national weather service to issue this warning in case there's one on the ground. let's get a little bit closer here. zooming into s level. frederick county, maryland, urbana, new market, those living alg route near bucky's town, balancinger creek. you can see we're starting to sexa that rotationly where i thought it would be right around here. if you are inurbana, now you want to head to the lowest level in your home. yo want to head downto the basement. if you don't have a basement, that's okay. go toiohe most int portion says of your home.

again, a tornado warning in effere for southern fderick county, maryland. we're starting to see a storm system here. i'm going to zoom out so you can see the storm. this is the storm that is potentially producing tornado on the ground. at this point it just looks like some broad rotation taking place pretty early on. let me turn off the storm track here. if you guys give me one second, i just want to take a look at the velocity with this. okay. yeah. so it's still pretty broad as far as the rotation goes. it's enough for the national weather service to issue this warning, so'm going to get back to grouped level again. zoom in. we're going to see this continue to pull to the northeast. ,rom urbana into new mark everyone needs to go to their safe spots. zooming out turning on theirco tracker or, i want to get back on cam for you guys, but i want to drag thead here. here's a look at a few estimated
