not to say that we couldn't have an isolated shower before that, but really this is comingn afternnd then again later on through the evening and overnight. southerly winds helping to keep the temperature intohe 60s. plus, a little bit of cloud cover. we'll continue to have some breezy conditions througut the day today. temperatures are going to stay in the 60s. we'll top out in the low to mid 70s. again, we have the cloud cover out there. look what is coming our way -- oh, yeah. lots of rain. already lots of severe weather, tornado reports through the deep south. yoee the line here coming through atlanta. i can see heavy winds in that already. flash flood watch in place starting at noon today and goes into your saturday morning. pockets of heavy rain. we could have locally over three inches of rain in spots before this system is out of here. we'll talk about the timing for this, what you can xpect in your neighborhood, and it aep's easter weekend. we'll talk about the rain coming for this weekend.g that's comin a bit. let's talk about the traffic.

melis melissa? >> good morning. taking a look at an earlier problem that's just cleared. this is the crash where four people died overnight. we'll is a lot more on that just coming up here. capitol heights, sheriff road was shut down at cedar heights drive. the investigationascleared, and all lanes have reopened. mclean, inner loop after the dulles toll road, right line blocked byhe work zone. annandale, outer loop, between little river turnpike and braddock road, right lane is getting by there. in fairfax this morning, eastbound 66 after fairfax county parkwae work zon is blocking right lane. >> thank you. more new onhe breaking news melissa just mentioned. four people died in this crash on sheriff road in capitol heights. kproper 4 -- chopper 4 was there around 10:45 last night. on the ground, first responders tried to rescue people from the mangled white suv. prince george's county police ssed the center of the road and slammed into a utility pole. ape man and woman were thrown

from the suv. another man and woman were trapped deinsi all four died. the impact also took down that utility pole and power lines. sheriff road is back open. >> it's been tough ooa the rds in prince george's county lately. >> now to the release of the er report.ue it's been less than 24 hours, but many people are still asking what happens next. >> president trump declared victory saying no collusion, no obstruction. here's some of the key points we learned in the report -- the report lays out proof russia wanted top hel the trump campaign and the trump campaign was willing to take it. however, mueller's team did n establish the campaign ordinated with the russian government. mueller also outlines at least ten instances of possible obstruction. the special counsel declined to prosecute trump but did not exonerate him. he left it to aid div congress to answer that question. >> it's certainly not game over in the sense that there's a lot more that we need to know that's

have made an initial investigation. courage and determination are words being used to describe the firefighters who responded to notre da. this is a look at a ceremony yesterday in paris honoring them. french president macron told the firefighte that they will receive a medal of honor for their heroic work. and just to give you some more perspective, the red cross of paris says the firefighters created a human chain to save some of christianity'sost prized items. it took firefighters more than 14 hours to contain that massive fire. heroes indeed. >> they get a lot of credit. it looks like it's going to be able to be rebuilt. that's the good news. >>'snd it withstood so much other trauma. it's great to see the country coming together. beautiful building. my goodness gragracious, 4:. talking about the caps. they left d.c. riding high, up 2-0, two-game winning streak. coming home with the series tied. now we need to win back at home

moving. yesterday we had rain from chicago down through the deep south. now it's just passing through o. chicag that's why we have flooding threat around the area. temperatures today will make it into the mid 70s. again, passing showers through the morning. more storms coming later o this afternoon. the flash flood watches goes until 5:00 a.m. saturday for the area except for calvert and mary's county. one to three inches of rain. there could be locally higher amounts. at 4:00 a.m., dry out there now. irfew passing showers as we go through the f part of the day. after lunchtime, that's when all bets are off. especially through the middle of the afte hoon. we'lle multiple rounds of storms. it's not going to be raining the whole time as we head to the afternoon and eveninf rounds o storms coming our way. any time these could pack a punch. i think the main line is coming through late tonight after the sun goes down. this line iseally goingo be

welcome back at 4:24. the onlyg livin member of the first navy s.e.a.l. team celebrate his 94th birthday yesterday. >> wow. our mark seagraves takes us on a journey from the service member's aareer as frog man to the decades that he fought fires here in the district. > reporter: we know them today as navy s.e.a.l.'s. back in 1943, they were called naval combat units or more commonly frogmen. at age 17, bill dawson was part of the very first tea of frogmenment he'she last surviving member of that groundbreaking unit. dawson authored a book about his unique experiences, "fore they were s.e.a.l.s, they were fr>>s." no one today developed it
