at least 207 people have been killed a hundreds more hurt in a series of easter sunday explosrcns. three cs and three hotels were targeted in sri lanka. some officials say at least two of the blasts were allegedly caused by suicide bombers. a few locations of the bombings were known tourist noattraction. one claimed responsibility for thet. explosions ye anis is the worst violence in sri l in more than ten years, since the end of the civil war there. a sacred service interrupted by gunfire. >> we're now hearing from people inside a maryland church who were attending to a funeral when someone started shooting. this happened around 2:45 outside the jackson chapel united methodist church. two people were taken to the hospital. but both are expected to be okay this funeralas for a murder victim killed earlier this month in capitol heights. police say the shooting happened in the church's parking lot and it was not random, itr happened n altercation involving people who were attending the

the wreck. many people are remembering a local cyclist w worked tirelessly to push bike state of in the district. he was killed friday morning after police say a driver and a stolen van red a red light and struck him while hs on his bike. yesterday, friends and the cycling community returned to florida avenue and benny road in northeast. we spoke to a close friend about the opouring of support coming from around the world. >> he reached a lot of people. i think it is heartening to see that. i was -- my day stopped when i heard of his death yesterday. but the reason i'm going today is because tre is such an uplift of support. >> the driver of the stolen van robert little jr. is charged with second degree murder. good news for drivers in the district. this weekend's construction on rock creek parkway finished early yesterday and all roads are back open. the closure was near the kennedy center between virginia avenue and the i-6 interchange.

robert mueller's report made public this week after a two year long investigation into election interference. >> the nearly 400 page report was released on thursday and still a lot of folks were digging through it. to help us figure it out, we have nbc's political director chuck todd. chuck, so this report didn't recommend criminal charges for donald trump. but did it exonerate him? >> look the best -- the short-hand is, there was attempted conspiracy and attempd ob pruction. theresident sort of keystoneco campaign couldn't figure out how to conspase where it w and where the rsians did do the harm, they amplified but they didn't participate, so they technically didn't have a charge against him. he was trying to obstruct and his own team essentially did things to stop him. nywhat is fun is the president is now lashing out at these
