submerging under water. >> police say the suspect was the only one in the vehicle and the only one believed to have y.en involved in this robb residents in southeast d.c. are calling for action from local leaders after a terrible easter sunday crash. this p cellne video shows the chaoticsc ene. two cars collided at a 16thnd v streets northeast. that sent six people to the hospital including two little boys and the pedestrian. one of the cars here overturned, and that was when neighbors jumped in to action. >> i started grabbing the little boys out of the car. the others were helping out, eight of us turned the car over. >> the intersection has been a problem for a long time, neighbors want to see changes right away.n we have a update on a shooting at a funeral in maryland. the frederick county ofsheriff' ce released a photo of a man believed to have been involved. the shooting happened on saturday at the funeral forve ts rir frasier. he was one of two young men shot

and killed in capitol heights earlier this month. the sheriff's office says this weekd's shooting happened after some sort of argument at the funeral service. two people weric shot. bothms are expected to survive. the suspect left the scene before emts arrived. if you can help thesheriff's department identify the suspect, you're asked to give them call. d.c. police hope images from a surveillance camera will help find a 16-year-old's killer. poece hav identified the teen as brion austin. he was shot and killed friday inside his home at princeton northwest. the car is involved in the shooting. the gray sedan has a sun roof and stickers on the driver's side. 5:06. breaking news. one person is dead after a two-alarm apartment fire in fairfax county. on ory smith just arrived the scene in centreville and has the latest. >> reporter: good morning, the fire at the bent tree apartments

is out, but this is very much an active scene, an active investigation including, as y said, a death investigation. i'm going to step out of the way and show the damage. as youan see it is sandwiched kind of in between the two apartment buildings. you see the upper floorci deted, absolutely gutted. we have yet to talk to fire officials here on scene who are obviously trying to determine exactly what caused this fire to start. i can tell you that we just got here. we already s about a half dozen residents who have been asked to evacuate the apartments. they are just right over my ou sher. they are here dealing with the red cross who obviously is on scene to offer any sort of assistance they can. i can tell you beyond any doubt that at least some of these folksoire not g to be able to get back inside. there this fire has absolutely gutted this complex. this is a sprawling complex in

welcome back at 5:16. to the mystery surrounding the disappearance of a 5-year-old boy in illinois. andrew has been missing for days, but there's no evidence he's been abducted. the boy was last seen wednesday at the family home, and the next morning he was gone. police dogs didn't pick up his scent outside of the family home. andrew's father was questioned by police there weekend. last year the boy's parents were investigated forse abu and neglect but were later cleared. a zookeeper in kansas is recovering this morning after being attackedy a tiger.

>> there's a tiger,ll sti next to them. still attacking. >> the scene unfolded saturday at the po teay to speak -- at t topeka zoo. the trainer was doing normal housekeeping, and the tiger should not have been in the enclosure when that was happening. the trainer suffered cuts, punctures to her hd, neck, and backed whethering his arm. guests witness good ten minutes of the attack before staffed lured the animal with food. park piciesnd procedures are under review and the tiger is back on display. 5:17. climate change is delaying the national aquarium's plans to move their dolphins to the tropics. the "baltime sun" hospitals the aquarium was planning to move the animals to a sanctuary in florida or the caribbean by quxt year. theium is having a hard time finding a location because of police, warmer water, extreme storms, and rising sea levels.

that includes possible s.impeachment proceeding >> news4's tracie potts joins us live with more on this. tell us about the conference call with democrats tod. reporter: first of all, they are split on impeachment. that may be something they discuss in the call. some democrats saying that what th read in the report, the redacted versio the blacked out version, absolutely supports impeachment proceedings. others saying they need more information. they want to hear from robert mueller. others think that that's not a road democrats should go down because they will never have the support of the republicans who would have to find the president guilty or not of impeachment. there's that. but what are the next steps in light of the report beingstout? one is to try to get the full report. today a small group of lawmakers will see nearly the full report. a lot of those redaction wilbe gone. the only thing kept from them, secret grand jury information. and that has been subpoenaed as part of the full report by may 1st.
