"early today" starts right now. good morning. i'm marlie hall. >>ood to be withyou. i'm frances rivera. a major terror plot thwarted in california after police arrested any veteran for planning to commit a mass murder. the fbi says 26-year-old mark steven domingoed plotto carry out an attack on several targets ranging from freeways and tourist attraions in los angeles, and even staking out a white supremacist rally in long beach. luckily authorities got him just time. our pete williams has the disturbing details. >> reporter: federal prosecutors say 26-year-old mark steven domingo, an army vet who served four months ingh afanistan, praised isis and told fbi undercover operatives he wanted to shoot police officers in their patrol cars or set off a bomb on an l.a. freeway or at the crowdeda santa monier or at a white nationalist rally cuanned for long beach. federal prosetors say domingo came to the fbi's attention in early march when he wrote on an
