killed. howell taclkled the gunman as the shooter opened tire in classroom. police arrested the suspect within minutes afterarriving. four others were hurt. adding to the tension in charlotte, last night a deadly shooting happened at unc charlotte again. one person was killed on an ca off-us apartment complex. the person that doted is n a student. we're al told the incident has no affiliation to unc charlotte, and there are no threats to campus. 4:04. today the house judiciary committee will hold a hearing to discuss attorney general william bar hsandling of the mueller report, butt will take place without warliam b the attorney general announced last night that he would not show up for the hearing. democrats who control the committee had planned to let a epwyer question barr. the justice dartment argued that would be inappropriate. the dmocrats held their ground. as a result, the attorney general said he would not appear. after barr announced he wouldn't

the 3300 block of d street. police say the shooting happened after 10:00 last night. we're told two men were sho atst check, one was not nd conscious a not breathing. details on a suspect have been released. this morning, police are looking for two teens wanted in connection to autal murder near a metro station. late sunday night,fod.c. police und the man who had been stabbed several times on 14th street, n far from the potomac avenue metro stop. police now believe his attack are xavier culbreath and jada smith, both 18-years-old. culbreath is wanted for first-degree murder, smith is wanted for robbery.po call ce if you have any information about that case. the driver of a dump truck that hit and killed a homeless man yesterday in prince george's county will not face charges. this happen while the man was walking across the ramp to route 50. he was on cruhes recovering from a broken leg apparently. he'd been hit by a car a few

weeks ago. his friends knew h as "concrete." they sahe was a homeless panhandler. new this morning, the national parks service sayno it will t move up its timelineor f safety changes on the southern end of the george washington parkway despite calls from lawmakers. earlier this week, a bad crash lled a taxi driver and left three seriously hurt. representative don beyer has ined a chorus of lawmakers saying the road is dangerous and needs updates immediately. the park service is gathering crash data on t road. next month it will hold a meeting to get input from comm ity members and transportation officials on how to improve the ad. ti safety rangs are pretty important when buying a o car safety stroller. now arlington has a special safety label for its bars and restaurants. the arlington restaurant initiative is a program that trainsestaurant and bar employees on how to deal with sexual assault cases, crowd control, and other safety emergencies. 30 of the city's 400 bars and
