several witnees say they saw the suv go in about an hour ago but first responders say they have not yet been able to find the suv. it is apparently completely under water. the potomac river is obviously a hu body of water so a lot of cover.ory to it doesn't help that it isy extremelark out here but lots of first responders out here doing everything they can to locate that suv. we have seen the boats going ck and forth. op seems very methodically there's a helicter above. more helicopters getting ready to go in. also boats and life jackets ready to be deployed.o they als have medics standing by waiting to help if they're able to find anybody in that car. it's pretty chill out her so you can only imagine how cold it is in that water as the search for t u suvnder water continues. >> all right, thank you very we'll sure to check back in bemuch. with you. we got new information tonight about this unimaginable scene

playing out at an airport in russia. a plane erupting into a fire ball. more than half of the people on the flight wouldot make it out alive and now russian state n is ision says an ameri among the dead. the flight was returning to the airport north of moscow after the crew reported a mhanical problem. nbc's sarah harmon has more. >> a horrific scene on a moscow airport runway today as a passenger plane became a fire ball. th a passenger plane believed to hold 78 people according to russian media. it was on its way from moscow to the northern russian city when it made an emergency landing. the back of the plane tiling billowing clouds of smoke engulfed in flames. some posted on social media, passengers can be seen fleeing from the plane clutching their

>>hat res operation is still going on here where the suv went into the water. they tell me they found tire tracks leading into the potomac river over there. they also talked to a witness thatlaims they saw that suv go in. d.c. fire tells me they have been using sonar to try to find the suv and mapping the currents to try to find out if it might have floated down the river. at this point it's been over an hourince the vehicle first wentin. at some point they'll have to change thism operation fro search and rescue to search and recover. there's a huge operation funderway trying toind the vehicle. there's boats. the u.s. coast guard is here. there's drivers in the war. they're trying to mapcu the ent and trying to locate that vehicle. it's obviously a huge body of water and completely under water. and no sign of it yet. i have to tell you, it's very hechilly out . you can only imagine how cold that water is as this search

we do start off in the mid 50s and we have a good run at seeing sunshine breaking through a little bito closer t that evening sunset. when is the best day to do dining outside? i prefer wednesday. temperatures will be in the 70s. it will be comfortable out there. a gd mix ofun and clouds so a nice day to sit outside and eat lch and dinner. you can go for monday. we're dry monday, tuesday and you'll have a nice stint of dry weather ahead of you where you don't have to contend with any rain. so get the car washed tomorrow. as far as the worst day to forget the allergy medication that will be tuesday. you'll notice on the ten day, just looking at the next couple of days, it's a numbers day for the top of the week.re
