worked their way to the middle of the campus and opened fire. we're told that one student con pronlted them a that's when tactical teams were able to move in and apprehend both students. we know one student was killed in the attack, an 18-year-old. we know eight others were injured. the investigation is going toin co here through at least the end of the week. school will obviously be clod and counselors will be on hand to help survivors as they try to move forward here. that's the latest from here in colorado. now back to you. aaron, eun? >> thanks to jay gray. we now know more about the man arrested at the trump international hotel here in the districtyesterday. 49-year-old lee mccartney now from norris town, pennsylvania, faces several charges including possessing an unregistered weapon.

this all started yesterday afternoon when mccartney tried to go through security at the event at the hotel. police found the handgun and high capacity magazine5ith 1 hallow point bullets. he did not make any threats. d.c. does not recognize weapons registrations from other states except under limited conditions. will attorney general william barr be held in contempt of congress. that is a question that may be answered toy. e house judiciary committee will vote on the matter hours from now. barr was asked to turn over the full unredacted mueller report by monday and he refused. the justice department says there's no legitimate reason to hand it er. in the senate democrats arees prsing michael who are row wits as a way to go around the commit>>e. it's now 6:04 today. you may have trouble getting a ride from uber or lyft. rivers from the ride share

companies are turning off their apps in protes news 4's darcy spencer has the story as they're trying to prepare for the possible strike today, darcy. >> reporter: that's right, aaron. they are expected to have additional taxis at ragan international airport and if you rely on uber. you could be impacted today. the good news is you have time toprepare. up ber drivers want to send the company a message. they want better wages. they want clear policies on tips and fares and they are looking for paid time off. drivers who participate in the strike plan to shut off their and they'retoday going to keep it off until midnight. we're being told that lyft drivers will also participate in this strike with solidarity with the uber drivers. this is happening as uber, a

between january 2016 and december 2018 and we found as few as five of those drivers were sentenced to jail time and even be those who were had their sentences reduced to just days. despite a fast rising number of deadly crashesnd dui arrests on maryland 210. prosecutors point to a unique system in the prince gorges county court in which cases were sped throughnd lighter sentences dolled out. >> i think the's state attorney's office did a good job in bringing forward these c tes. i thinkhe justice system did not take these cases very seriously. >> they acknowledge they were using a unique system. the judge recently left the ben 67 for unrelated reasons and n all 24 judges can hear and rule on duis. our further review of maryland court records found the second most populated county has the second most dui arrests.
