jacks he's wanted on a parol violation. authorities saw hi in d.c. today, but he drove off. he crash into a car on route 50, tn wrecked hiscar near the bw parkway. he got out of the and took off into the woods. it's been nearly three yea since a deadly explosion rocked a silver spring apartment complex. >> the feds blamed a natural gas leak. that eak sparked flames ripped through the flower branch apartments. seven people were killed that night. tonight, angry residents say gas leaks are still a problem there. news 4'srreon ha joins us now with the demand from residents. leon? >> reporter: doreen, jim, we cover a lot of fires.on this is particularly hard to forget. two children and five adults killed, dozens more injured, includingfirefighters. and years after the tragedy, people who live in that complex say they are still smelling gas. they wanted to do something organized a they news conference this evening with countylo andal leaders. one tenant says he smelled gas in the basement of his building
